No. We act as the Employer of Record (EOR) on your behalf.

Can I interview the candidates before hiring?
Yes! After we shortlist top candidates based on your role requirements, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Review their profiles, CVs, and video intros

You stay in control of who joins your team.
What happens if the hire doesn’t work out?
We offer a Talent Replacement Guarantee.
If a team member isn’t the right fit within the first 30 days, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.

Part-time staff typically work 20 hours per week, but we can tailor hours based on your needs.
